1. What Taa Khedni is

Taa Khedni is a transportation facilitator. The app only connects riders with independent drivers. Taa Khedni does not own vehicles, employ drivers or provide transportation services itself.

2. Driver responsibilities

Drivers are fully responsible for complying with all local city and national traffic laws and regulations.

Drivers must hold and keep valid at all times: a driver's license, vehicle registration and active vehicle insurance.

Drivers are solely responsible for any human injury, harm, traffic damage or property damage that happens during or because of a ride.

3. Limitation of liability

Taa Khedni has no legal responsibility towards drivers or riders for accidents, injuries, damages, losses, disputes or any other harm arising from rides arranged through the app. Riders and drivers use the service at their own risk.

4. Driver verification

Our only verification is that drivers submit their identity documents (ID) to us via WhatsApp before their account is activated. This does not guarantee a driver's conduct, licensing or insurance status.

5. Payments and commission

Riders pay drivers directly in cash. The platform commission set by Taa Khedni is recorded in each driver's wallet for every completed ride.

Drivers are obliged to settle their app commissions every 7 days via Whish Money or OMT Pay. Accounts with unpaid commission may be deactivated.

6. Accounts

We may deactivate, block or ban any account that breaks these terms, provides false information or behaves unsafely.
